Crafted with precision and using only the finest materials, each piece of Miosogno® jewelry undergoes rigorous scrutiny prior to dispatch. We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship, assuring that all items are devoid of manufacturing imperfections upon receipt.

In the rare circumstance that an issue arises with your Miosogno® jewelry, pursuant to the provisions of this limited lifetime warranty, Miosogno® commits to repair, refinish, or to replace the affected item, assuming all costs for material and labor, should the fault be traced back to the manufacturing process. In the unlikely event you encounter any issues with your product, please contact your authorized retailer. Excluded from this warranty are incidents of product misplacement, theft, or damage resulting from neglecting essential maintenance or repairs essential for preserving the jewelry’s integrity. Furthermore, this warranty does not extend to other forms of damage or material degradation, including but not limited to, customary wear, metal tarnishing, surface abrasions, foreign object impacts, gemstone loss, alterations, exposure to chemical elements such as those found in swimming pools or hot tubs, salt water, prong deformation, negligent upkeep, or misuse. Repair, sizing, or servicing performed by anyone other than Miosogno® will void this warranty.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties. Miosogno is not liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages related to the product sale or use, even if advised of such damages. Replacement may involve a similar item of equal value based on availability.
